What are Pocket Pals?

Pocket Pals are OddJoy’s small plush bag charms and keychain characters made for bags, backpacks and keys. Some styles are squeaky and each character has its own personality.

Do you sell jewellery too?

Yes. Our Jewellery collection includes necklaces, bracelets and rings with vintage, celestial and handmade-inspired details.

What makes a good small gift?

Shipping

How much is shipping in Australia?

Standard shipping is AUD $11. Express shipping is AUD $15. Standard shipping is free on Australian orders of AUD $100 or more.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, to selected destinations. International Standard shipping is AUD $20. Available destinations are shown at checkout.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available for your shipping method, the tracking details will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Returns & order help

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Change-of-mind items must be unused, unworn and in the same condition received. Please contact us before sending anything back.

What if my item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Email us as soon as possible at oddjoygift@gmail.com with your order number and photos where relevant. We’ll work with you on the appropriate next step. Nothing in our returns information excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
