Shipping rates

Australia: Standard shipping is AUD 11, Express shipping is AUD 15, and Standard shipping is free on orders of AUD 100 or more.

International: Standard international shipping is currently AUD 20 to selected destinations enabled at checkout.

Where we ship

OddJoy ships from Australia to customers within Australia and to selected international destinations enabled in our Shopify checkout, including New Zealand, the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and selected destinations across Europe and Asia.

If a shipping option is not shown for your address at checkout, please contact us before ordering.

Processing, delivery & tracking

Orders are prepared for shipment as soon as reasonably possible after payment is confirmed. Delivery times can vary depending on destination, carrier operations, customs, weather and peak periods, so delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates.

Where tracking is provided for your shipment, tracking information will be sent using the contact details supplied with your order.

Change-of-mind returns

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and before sending anything back. Eligible change-of-mind items must be unused and unworn, in the same condition in which they were received, and returned with original packaging where reasonably applicable.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return postage and associated shipping costs. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law.

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email oddjoygift@gmail.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos can help us assess the problem quickly.

Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

International orders

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs charges or similar fees imposed by the destination country unless otherwise stated. Customs processing can also cause delivery delays outside our control.
